Information and Consent in Compliance with Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - Personal Data Protection Code

In compliance with Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 - the Personal Data Protection Code of June 30, 2003 (from here on referred to as “Code”), and Directive (EU) 2016/680 we inform our users that personal information you provided us, or that we subsequently acquire, will be processed by electronic and print means by B&P SOLUTIONS CORPORATION LTD in Italy or abroad, in compliance with the Code and current privacy regulations.

How We Use Collected Information

Users’ personal information is collected for the following purposes: 

a) subscription to the service;
b) closure of sale contracts and service provision;
c) follow through of the necessary steps to implement the contractual relationship in place;
d) compliance with regulatory requirements like accounting, administrative and tax obligations;
e) solving any requests after their verification;
f) sending promotional information - advertising, informative and promotional material on products similar to those of the Contract - through e-mail, SMS, letter or call-centre;

i) data communication to Third Parties for direct marketing purposes.

In the event of a Third Party different from the Counterpart, B&P SOLUTIONS CORPORATION LTD 
will contact that legal entity in order to provide them with the required information on personal data processing. In the meantime, such information will only be used for purposes a), b), c), d) and e).

We inform our users that providing personal information is necessary for purposes a), b), c), d) and e): failure to provide this information would make it impossible to follow through with the order placed.
In other cases, it is optional: failure to provide this information would prevent achieving the purposes above.

Categories of Parties to Whom the Information will be Transmitted

The personal information in question could be treated for the aforementioned purposes in Italy or abroad by natural and juridical persons who, in the interests of B&P SOLUTIONS CORPORATION LTD, provide specific processing services or related support or logistical activities.

Information from the Counterpart and/or Third Parties could be communicated beyond B&P SOLUTIONS CORPORATION LTD for the aforementioned purposes, also to:

- any legitimate recipient of communications provided by law or regulation (such as, for example, public offices and authorities);
- any recipient that must necessarily obtain the information in order to follow through with providing the Service;
- Third Parties specialized in the management of business information and credit (such as, for example, data centres, banks, etc.)
Furthermore, information from Contractors and/or Third Parties will also be treated for the same purposes by:
- companies and/or employees for the management of administrative services which permit meeting legal or contractual obligations;
- other entities (firms, companies and individuals) who collaborate in providing the service.

These Parties operate in Italy, the EU or outside the EU, as Responsible in Charge.


Retention of Information

All information obtained cannot be used for purposes other than those mentioned above and will only be held during the necessary period for their fulfilment. Once such period expires, information will be cancelled or made anonymous. Information detailing purchases and services will not be held for a period longer than that which is determined by law.

User Rights

Users can exercise their rights under Code Article 7 (Right to access personal information and other rights) at all times, specifically: the right to access their personal data, ask for correction, updating and cancellation if it’s incomplete, incorrect or was collected in violation of existing legislation and to oppose their processing for legitimate reasons, by sending a written request to B&P SOLUTIONS CORPORATION LTD’s Department of Regulatory and Institutional Compliance, or directly through the Site using the means outlined in the Contact Us section.

The Public Registry of Oppositions (RPO)

We inform users that in accordance with D.P.R. 178/2010, the Public Registry of Oppositions is in place and users can register for free if they no longer wish to receive unwanted phone calls.

Registering to the RPO service prevents the use of phone numbers available in the phone book for any commercial, direct sale, market research or promotional communication via phone, regardless of product sectors and categories. Thus, telemarketing service companies will no longer be able to contact those registered.

Registration to RPO service lasts indefinitely, until revoked.
Registered users can update the information they initially provided at any time. Access to the RPO service is possible in 5 ways: electronic form on the web site, e-mail, phone call, letter and fax. All the details are available on In any case, consent to the processing of personal information expressed in the end of this privacy policy is valid even for registered members of the RPO service, unless users have explicitly requested cancellation under Code Article 7 following the methods specified above in the section "User Rights".
